Lightly Dusted Fillets are made from 100% wild caught Fish, wrapped in a delicate crumb with a twist of lemon and cracked black pepper.
No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives for the Captain's table.
Simply made, simply delicious.

Preparation

Tastiest when Oven Baked Straight from the Freezer.

  1. Pre-heat the oven 220ºC, Fan 200º C, Gas Mark 7 20 mins
  2. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
  3. Cook until crisp and golden.

Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
