1 Large Bag Mixed Lettuce Leaves
1 Samll Shallot
100g Light Mayonnasie
2 Tablespoons Chopped Gherkins
2 Tablespoons Chopped Capers
1 Squeeze Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
Our method
- Cook battered fish as per pack instructions
- Make tartar sauce by finely chopping gherkins, capers, shallot and parsley and mixing together with mayonnaise and a squeeze of lemon juice
- Prepare salad and season to taste
- Serve and enjoy
