Lightly Dusted Fillets are made from 100% wild caught Alaska Pollock, wrapped in a delicate crumb with a twist of sea salt and rosemary.
No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives for the Captain's table.

Preparation

Tastiest when Oven Baked Straight from the Freezer.
 
  1. Pre-heat the oven 220ºC, Fan 200ºC, Gas Mark 7 20 mins
  2. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
  3. Cook until crisp and golden.

 

Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
