Our Pollock fish fillets are made from 100% wild caught fish and wrapped in a delicate crumb with a dusting of sea salt and rosemary. The breaded fish is seasoned to perfection and ready for dinner tables.

Preparation

Tastiest when Oven Baked Straight from the Freezer.
 
  1. Pre-heat the oven 220ºC, Fan 200ºC, Gas Mark 7 20 mins
  2. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
  3. Cook until crisp and golden.

 

Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
