Ingredients

fresh watercress

Birds Eye Peas (defrosted and uncooked)
Birds Eye Garden Peas 375g

mozarella cheese (torn or cut into cubes)
vinaigrette dressing (to taste)

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, making sure the peas and mozarella are mixed right through the watercress
  2. Add a light vinaigrette dressing just before serving and stir gently to coat
  3. Serve with crusty white bread

Mix Birds Eye Peas with mangetout and sugar snaps to give you a great new mixed vegetable dish
