Sour Cream Dip
- Pre-heat oven, cook chicken grills as per pack instructions
- Cook chicken grill as per pack instructions
- Put sweetcorn in a sieve and pour hot water over to defrost. Drain
- Assemble salad, lettuce, tomato, red onion and sweetcorn
- Serve sliced chicken grill on top. Drizzle over sour cream
