These succulent gluten free fish fingers are made with 100% fish fillet, then coated in crunchy golden breadcrumbs before becoming frozen fish fingers! Just fire them off for 12-15 minutes and you’ve got yourself a gluten free dinner winner.

Gluten free frozen fish never tasted so good. Serve with crudités for a quick snack or munch these breaded fish fingers with a side of peas and potatoes for a winter warmer winner. 
 

Preparation


Tastiest when Oven Baked Straight from the Freezer


  • 230°C Fan 210°C Gas Mark 8 12-15 mins
  • Pre-heat the oven.
  • Place on a baking tray in the top part of the oven.
  • Turn over halfway through cooking.
  • Cook until crisp and golden.



 





Grill - From Frozen


  • Medium Grill 12-15 mins
  • Pre-heat the grill.
  • Turn over occasionally.
  • Cook until crisp and golden.
