Vegetable Stock Cube
- Dice onions finely and saute in butter to soften
- Add frozen garden peas
- Dissolve stock cube in boiling water, add to the pan to simmer
- Pour soup in a liquidiser, blend until smooth add cream and mint at the end and blend again
- Season to taste
- Serve and enjoy!
