1 tablespoon chilli flakes
1 tablespoons hot chilli powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
2 heaped tablespoons vegan butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Heavy pinch of salt
2 x vegan brioche buns
- Combine all the sauce ingredients in a pan over a low heat.
- Stir until the butter is melted and allow to simmer and thicken for 2-3 minutes.
- Coat 1 Birdseye Chicken-free burger with the sauce before layering into the brioche buns with the vegan mayo, lettuce and coleslaw.
