Green Cuisine Meat-free Burgers
Brioche Buns
Lettuce
Cheese slices
Gherkins
Coriander
WASABI MAYO COLESLAW INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup Vegan Mayonnaise
1 tsp Wasabi (you can adjust quantities to your liking)
½ Red Cabbage
2 Carrots
Sprinkle of Sugar and Salt

Our method

  1. Prepare your Green Cuisine burgers.
  2. Mix wasabi paste and vegan mayonnaise. Add the wasabi bit by bit into the mayonnaise and increase the amount until you are satisfied with the heat. Taste as you go!
  3. Make a slaw: grate red cabbage and carrots and combine with a sprinkle of sugar, salt, and wasabi mayo
  4. Layer in burger with slaw, cheese, gherkins, and more wasabi mayo!
