Ingredients

Green Cuisine Meat-free Balls
Green Cuisine Meat-free Sausages
1 cup Sushi RIce
1 Nori / Seaweed sheets
1 Avocado
Some leaves of Lettuce
1 cup Edamame
Sesame Seeds
To serve: Soy Sauce and Wasabi

Our method

  1. Cook your Meat-free balls and Sausages 
  2. Cook sushi rice as per instructions.
  3. Prepare strips of nori, avocados, lettuce, sesame seeds, edamame (cook according to pack cooking instructions), cucumber and other preferred decorations.
  4. To make sushi balls - Cover the cooked and cooled meatballs with rice and decorations using a cling film. 
  5. To make sushi sliced - Use a sushi mat (or cling film!) to cover the sausages with rice and decorations.
