- Cook your Meat-free balls and Sausages
- Cook sushi rice as per instructions.
- Prepare strips of nori, avocados, lettuce, sesame seeds, edamame (cook according to pack cooking instructions), cucumber and other preferred decorations.
- To make sushi balls - Cover the cooked and cooled meatballs with rice and decorations using a cling film.
- To make sushi sliced - Use a sushi mat (or cling film!) to cover the sausages with rice and decorations.
