Ingredients

4 Green Cuisine Chicken-Free Chicken Nuggets
meat-free chicken nuggets
½ of a White Onion
¼ tsp of Hot Chilli Powder
1 TBSP Olive Oil
½ a Red Pepper
¼ TSP of Smoked Paprika
¼ TSP of Garlic Powder
¼ TSP of White Sugar
Pinch of Seasoning (Salt and Pepper)
1 TBSP Sour cream
1 Tortilla Wrap

Method

  1. Slice the onions and peppers and add to a hot oiled pan.
  2. In a bowl mix together all the dry ingredients and then add to the nearly cooked onions and peppers stirring to infuse the flavours.

  3. Heat the tortilla wrap in a dry frying pan 10 second per side.

  4. Follow the Green Cuisine Chicken-Free Nuggets cooking instructions on the back of the pack. 

  5. Lay the wrap on a plate add onion and pepper mix on top of the wrap in a line in the centre.

  6. Place the cooked Green Cuisine Chicken-Free Nuggets on top of the onions and peppers. Season to taste.

  7. Top with sour cream, roll and fold the wrap and serve.
