- Slice the onions and peppers and add to a hot oiled pan.
In a bowl mix together all the dry ingredients and then add to the nearly cooked onions and peppers stirring to infuse the flavours.
Heat the tortilla wrap in a dry frying pan 10 second per side.

Top with sour cream, roll and fold the wrap and serve.
