Our method

Oven
- In a bowl mix together all the dry ingredients and then add to the nearly cooked onions and peppers stirring to infuse the flavours. 
- Slice the onions and peppers and add to a hot oiled pan.
- Heat the tortilla wrap in a dry frying pan 10 second per side. 
- Follow the Green Cuisine Chicken-Free Nuggets cooking instructions on the back of the pack. 
- Lay the wrap on a plate add onion and pepper mix on top of the wrap in a line in the centre. 
- Place the cooked Green Cuisine Chicken-Free Nuggets on top of the onions and peppers. Season to taste. 
- Top with sour cream, roll and fold the wrap and serve.

½ of a White Onion 
¼ tsp of Hot Chilli Powder 
½ a Red Pepper 
1 TBSP Olive Oil 
¼ TSP of Smoked Paprika 
¼ TSP of Garlic Powder 
Pinch of Seasoning (Salt and Pepper)
¼ TSP of White Sugar 
1 TBSP Sour cream 
1 Tortilla Wrap
