Cheesy Potato Waffle Gratin Recipe

Our method
For all of your recipes, cook your Birdseye potato waffles according to packet instructions
- Chop shallots and garlic and add to a hot pan, cooking out gently. Add double cream and parsley and reduce by a third
 - Air fry waffles until golden
 - Build the gratin in a tray, layer up the waffles and the submerging in the sauce.
 Top with parsley, breadcrumb and cheddar and bake through the oven until golden
