Pre heat oven 200°c fan, gas mark 7.
- Cook Birds Eye Battered Cod as per pack cooking instructions.
- Peel and slice the red onions.
- Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
- Cut the boiled eggs in slices.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the rocket.
Add the rocket, sliced red onions, cherry tomatoes and boiled eggs to the plate, season the salad to taste. Top the salad with the cooked Birds Eye battered cod. Squeeze the lemon slice over the cod.
