Pre heat oven 200°c, fan gas mark 7.
Cook Birds Eye Breaded Cod following the cooking instructions on pack.
- Slice the baby gem, red onion, cucumber and tomatoes and add to the centre of the serving plate.
- Drizzle oil and seasoning to taste. Top the salad with the cooked Breaded Cod.
Serve and enjoy!
