Ingredients

  • 2 Original Chicken Chargrills
    2 Original Chicken Chargrills
  • 1 cucumber
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 6 Black olives
  • squeeze of fresh lemon
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dired oregano
  • 2 Pitta Bread
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 Medium tomatoes, cut into wedges

Method

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas Mark 5 and cook the Birds Eye Chicken for 20 – 22 mins in the middle of the oven, on a baking tray, face up.
  2. Plate the salad ingredients on a plate, scatter the olives and place the feta cheese on the top in the middle. Pour virgin olive oil over and fresh lemon. Finish of with a sprinkle of oregano and serve.
  3. Toast some pitta breads, then add the chicken to the pittas.
