 Bring a little taste of the Spanish sunshine home with this Chicken Dipper Fajitas recipe. A fun family dinner that the kids can get involved in making too.

Our method

  1. Whilst you cook the Chicken Dippers as per pack instructions, prepare the Salsa & Guacamole (or buy these readymade to save even more time!)
  2. Heat the tortillas as per pack instructions
  3. Fill the tortillas with shredded lettuce, 3-4 dippers, Guacamole and Salsa. Wrap and Serve.
  4. For The Guacamole:
  5. Finely dice 1 red chilli, dice the red onion, chop the coriander
  6. Cut the avocado length ways, remove the stone, remove the flesh from skin with a desert spoon and roughly chop, add lime juice
  7. Mix all the ingredients into a bowl mix and season to taste
  8. For The Salsa:

  9. Chop all ingredients into small pieces, season with the lime juice and milled pepper
