Bring a little taste of the Spanish sunshine home with this Chicken Dipper Fajitas recipe. A fun family dinner that the kids can get involved in making too.
Our method
- Whilst you cook the Chicken Dippers as per pack instructions, prepare the Salsa & Guacamole (or buy these readymade to save even more time!)
- Heat the tortillas as per pack instructions
- Fill the tortillas with shredded lettuce, 3-4 dippers, Guacamole and Salsa. Wrap and Serve.
- For The Guacamole:
- Finely dice 1 red chilli, dice the red onion, chop the coriander
- Cut the avocado length ways, remove the stone, remove the flesh from skin with a desert spoon and roughly chop, add lime juice
- Mix all the ingredients into a bowl mix and season to taste
For The Salsa:
- Chop all ingredients into small pieces, season with the lime juice and milled pepper
