Pre heat oven 220°c fan, gas mark 7.
- Wash and peel potatoes then slice into chips.
Place the chips on to a baking tray and drizzle with oil, then place into a preheated oven for 35 minutes.
After the chips have been in for 15 minutes turn the chips to evenly cook. Then add the breaded cod to the oven and follow on pack cooking instructions.
- Cook Birds Eye Peas following instructions on pack.
- Season cooked chips.
- Plate up the cooked breaded cod, chips, peas and vine tomatoes and enjoy!
