 Bring a little taste of the Spanish sunshine home with this Chicken Dipper Fajitas recipe. A fun family dinner that the kids can get involved in making too.

Ingredients

avocado
1 
small tomato

Birds Eye Chicken Dippers
Birds Eye 22 Chicken Dippers 403g
1 
small red onion
½ 
red onion (chopped)

Lettuce (shredded)

red chilli

tortilla wraps
Sprig 
of coriander

garlic clove (crushed)

small chilli

of lime juice

Method

  1. Whilst you cook the Chicken Dippers as per pack instructions, prepare the Salsa & Guacamole (or buy these readymade to save even more time!)
  2. Heat the tortillas as per pack instructions
  3. Fill the tortillas with shredded lettuce, 3-4 dippers, Guacamole and Salsa
  4. Wrap & Serve
  5. Finely dice 1 red chilli and add to the chopped onion
  6. Cut the avocado length ways, remove the stone, remove the flesh from skin with a desert spoon and roughly chop
  7. Mix all the ingredients into a bowl mix and season to taste
  8. Chop all ingredients into small pieces, season with the lime juice and milled pepper
