There's something satisfying watching cheese melt on top of a beef burger. Our original recipe burger served in a sesame bun with cheese, salad and homemade spicy wedges makes a quick an easy meal that both the kids and adults will enjoy!

Our method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C, gas mark 6.
  2. Cut the potatoes into large wedges and put in a large bowl.
  3. Add the olive oil, chilli and paprika to the potatoes, mix thoroughly.
  4. Place the coated wedges onto a baking tray and roast for 30-40mins until golden, turn occasionally.
  5. Cook the Beef Burgers (as per pack instructions)
  6. Slice and lightly toast the burger buns.
  7. Layer the base of the bun with lettuce, onion, tomato, burger and cheese. Serve with the potato wedges.

Tip!

  • Delicious as it is, but add a little coleslaw or sweetcorn for an extra boost.
