  • 400 g Birds Eye garden peas
    Deliciously Tender Garden Peas
  • 4 slices smoked salmon
  • 1 large tomato, finely diced
  • ¼ cucumber, finely diced
  • ½ white onion, finely diced
  • ½ red pepper, finely diced
  • 3 tablespoons of vinaigrette dressing
  • ½ green pepper, finely diced


  1. Cook the peas according to the pack instructions.
  2. Mix the peas and salad ingredients in a bowl with the vinaigrette.
  3. Divide the salad between four plates and lay a slice of salmon on each.
  4. Garnish with some fresh herbs and serve.
Serving tip

Serve with a crusty roll.
