A brunch special using our classic Original Burger made with prime beef and a subtle blend of spices

Ingredients

Birds Eye Original burger
Birds Eye 4 Original Beef Burgers
1 
English muffin
1 
medium egg
1 
large leaf lettuce as garnish
Dash of Vinegar 

Method

  1. Grill or oven cook (230C) your burger for around 12 minutes
  2. Halve the muffin and toast for 2 minutes
  3. To poach the eggs, bring a large pan of water to the boil and add a dash of vinegar. Lower the heat so that the water is simmering gently. Stir the water so you have a slight whirlpool, then slide in the eggs one by one. Cook each for about 4 mins, then remove with a slotted spoon.
  4. Place burger and poached egg in the muffin, garnish and add a sauce of your choice
