- Cook the chicken as per the pack instruction.
- Make basil pesto by adding basil, olive oil, pine nuts, parmesan and crushed garlic into a food blender and mix until smooth.
- Use a spiraliser for the carrots and courgettes. Mix together with the pesto.
- Griddle or grill your roll. Assemble roll, serve and enjoy!
