100g Cherry Tomatoes 
1 Large Bag Mixed Lettuce Leaves 
1 Samll Shallot 
100g Light Mayonnasie 
2 Tablespoons Chopped Gherkins 
2 Tablespoons Chopped Capers 
1 Squeeze Fresh Lemon Juice 
1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley 

Our method

  1. Cook battered fish as per pack instructions
  2. Make tartar sauce by finely chopping gherkins, capers, shallot and parsley and mixing together with mayonnaise and a squeeze of lemon juice
