Ingredients

  • 1 Box 4 Large Cod Fillets in Batter
    4 Large Cod Fillets in Batter
  • 1 Large Bag Mixed Lettuce Leaves
  • 100g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 100g Light Mayonnasie
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Gherkins
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Capers
  • 1 Samll Shallot
  • 1 Squeeze Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley

Method

  1. Cook battered fish as per pack instructions
  2. Make tartar sauce by finely chopping gherkins, capers, shallot and parsley and mixing together with mayonnaise and a squeeze of lemon juice
  3. Prepare salad and season to taste
  4. Serve and enjoy
