Lauren Woodley is a registered nutritionist and Group Nutrition Leader at Nomad Foods, Europe’s largest frozen food company, where she leads the Nutrition team. She is responsible for developing and delivering nutrition strategies and commitments across the business and provides expertise to colleagues across Europe.
Winner of the 2020 FDF UK Registered Nutritionist of the Year, she is passionate about nutrition, sustainability and great food. Over the past decade working in the food industry on numerous products and brands, Lauren has championed healthy sustainable eating, positive behaviour change and nutrition communications and education, with the purpose of empowering positive choices for all.
She is a member of the University of Leeds School of Food Science and Nutrition Industrial Advisory Board, where she sits on the Taught Student
