Our method
- Bake in 190 degree oven for 30-35 min
- Cut the top of the peppers and deseed.
- Gently defrost the chilli in a pan until the sauce is melted.
- Fill the peppers with the chilli place in an oiled oven proof dish and top with grated vegan cheese.
- Blanch peppers for 3-5 min in boiling water.
- Garnish with cress
