Ingredients

Green Cuisine Meat-Free Chilli Mix
Birds Eye Green Cuisine Meat-Free Chilli Mix
4

Red Peppers
2 TBSP 
 Vegan Cheese, grated
1/2 
Punnet
 Mustard Cress
1 TBSP 
Olive Oil

Method

  1. Cut the top of the peppers and deseed.
  2. Blanch peppers for 3-5 min in boiling water.
  3. Gently defrost the chilli in a pan until the sauce is melted.
  4. Fill the peppers with the chilli place in an oiled oven proof dish and top with grated vegan cheese.
  5. Bake in 190 degree oven for 30-35 min
  6. Garnish with cress
