Ingredients

Ciabatta roll
1-3  
pieces each of
 
red, green and yellow peppers
1 
Shredded Iceberg lettuce
1 
tablespoon
 
of red chilli houmous

Our method

  1. Cook your Green Cuisine Meat-Free Burger as per instructions on pack.
  2. Cut the ciabatta roll in half and toast.
  3. Chop up peppers into strips and roast in oven together with the Green Cusine Meat-Free burger.
  4. Spread the houmous.
  5. Assemble the burger with roasted peppers and salad onto the roll.
