Ingredients

Birds Eye Green Cuisine Mexican-Style Mix 350g
1/2 
tin of drained Kidney Beans

TBSP Birds Eye Supersweet Sweetcorn
Birds Eye Supersweet Sweetcorn 690g

Onion, chopped

large Tomato, diced
1 handful of  
Mixed Lettuce

of cooked Rice

Sour Cream

Method

  1. Cook Mexican style mix to on pack instructions
  2. Cook Birdseye Super sweet sweetcorn to on pack instructions
  3. Place lettuce leaves in a bowl and top with Mexican style mix, sweetcorn, drained kidney beans, diced tomatoes and some cold cooked rice. Drizzle over some sour cream and garnish with grated vegan cheese & flat leave parsley.
