Stir-fry vegetables

Sweet and Sour sauce
Our method
- Cook the Birds Eye Chicken Dippers as per pack instructions
- Cook the vegetables in a pan with the oil
- Heat the cooked rice and add. Cook until the vegetables are done
- Meanwhile heat the Sweet and Sour Sauce
- Place the rice and vegetables on a plate, arrange the dippers on top and pour the sauce over
If you prefer things sour or just for a bit of variety try lemon sauce instead of sweet & sour. Actual nutrition values (energy and fat) will vary depending on choice of non Birds Eye ingredients
