Ingredients

Ciabatta roll
1-3  
pieces each of 
red, green and yellow peppers
1 
Shredded Iceberg lettuce
1 
tablespoon 
of red chilli houmous

Method

  1. Cook your Green Cuisine Meat-Free Burger as per instructions on pack.
  2. Chop up peppers into strips and roast in oven together with the Green Cusine Meat-Free burger.
  3. Cut the ciabatta roll in half and toast.
  4. Spread the houmous.
  5. Assemble the burger with roasted peppers and salad onto the roll.
