Spaghetti Bolognese with Peas

Ingredients

  • 100 g Medium Carrot
  • 5 g Beef Stock Cubes
  • 400 g Beef Mince
  • 240 g Frozen Garden Peas 375g
    Deliciously Tender Garden Peas
  • 150 g Onion - Chopped
  • 800 g Diced Tinned Tomatoes
  • 10 g Crushed Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 400ml Water

Method

  1. Gently heat the meat in a pan until the fat runs, add onion and garlic.

  2. Cook until the onions go transparent.

  3. Grate the carrots and add the mince.

  4. Make beef stock from the stock cube and water and add to the mince.

  5. Add the tinned tomatos, season and simmer until the mince is tender.

  6. Cook your pasta to on pack instructions.

  7. Add the peas and cook for a further 3 minutes.
  8. Place pasta into a plate and top with sauce.
  9. Finish of with some grated cheese if you like.
