Our method
- Cook the peas according to the instructions on the back of the pack, and set them aside to cool down.
- Refer to pack cooking instructions to cook the peas. Using a stick blender, blend the cooked peas with garlic, lemon juice, lemon peel and olive oil, until everything is smooth.
1. Stir in the grated parmesan and add season to taste.
