Ingredients

chopped Coriander

diced Tomato

diced Pineapple

diced White onion

diced Green chilli

Our method

  1. Cook chicken grill as per pack instructions.

  2. Cook rice as per pack instructions.

  3. Cook sweetcorn to pack instructions, then allow to cool.

  4. Dice pineapple, onions and chilli. Mix with sweetcorn and season to taste.

  5. Dice tomato. Drain rice and mix with chopped coriander and diced tomato.
  6. Serve chicken chargrill with rice and pinapple salsa.
