Method

  1. Cook chicken grill as per pack instructions.

  2. Cook rice as per pack instructions.

  3. Cook sweetcorn to pack instructions, then allow to cool.

  4. Dice pinapple, onions and chilli. Mix with sweetcorn and season to taste.

  5. Drain rice and mix with chopped coriander.
  6. Serve chicken chargrill with rice and pinapple salsa.
