Ingredients

  • 20 g Brown Bread (crumbled)
  • 20 g Cheddar (Grated)
  • 20 g Mozzarella (Grated)
  • 320 g Frozen Garden Peas 375g
    Deliciously Tender Garden Peas
  • 400 g Pasta of your choice i.e. fussili, conchnille
  • 400 g Tomato Sauce for pasta
  • 5 g Basil Leaves (Chopped)
  • 65 g Pancetta (Diced)

Method

  1. Preheat Oven to 200°C

  2. Cook Pasta as per pack instruction

  3. Slowly cook pancetta/bacon in a non stick frying pan until crisp and golden

  4. Drain pasta. Mix in the frozen peas

  5. Pour into an oven suitable dish and add the pancetta/bacon

  6. Mix the basil through the tomato sauce

  7. Pour over tomato sauce, sprinkle with the 2 cheeses mixed with the bread crumbs

  8. Bake in oven for 25 mins at 200°C until golden
