Our method
- Cook Lemon & Cracked Black Pepper Lightly Dusted Cod Fillets as per pack instructions.
Boil the potatoes until soft, drain and mash adding butter and seasoning to taste
Add the blanched kale to the buttery mash
Follow the cooking instructions on the Bird’s Eye Steamfresh Hearty Farmhouse Mix Vegetables
Place the nice spoonful of mash onto a plate with the cod and vegetables
Squeeze the juice of lemon over the cod and serve!
