Our method
- Pre-heat oven, cook chicken grills as per pack instructions
- Cook rice as per pack instructions
- Cook peas & sweetcorn as per pack instructions
- Mix through squeezed lemon juice and chopped coriander with the rice once cooked
- Mix peas & sweetcorn with the rice
- Serve with sliced chicken grill
To make your Hot & Spicy Chicken even more flavoursome, you could add a teriyaki or katsu curry sauce. For a spicier dish, try dicing a red chilli and sprinkling it on top.
