Ingredients

Method

  1. Sift the flour into a bowl.
  2. Stir in the eggs and add the butter, after melting.
  3. Blend the milk and peas until smooth and place in the mixture.
  4. Strain in a colander and let stand for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt a little butter in a wide pan and pour in the mixture, cooking on both sides.
  6. Pack with your favourite filling and serve.
