Ingredients

  • 15 g Cucumber
  • 15 g Feta Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 20 g Lettuce
  • 20 g Spring Onion
  • 2 slices Sour Dough Bread
  • 3 Birds Eye Fish Fingers
    10 Omega3 Fish Fingers
  • 35 g Beef Tomato
  • 5 g Pine Nuts
  • 8 g Black Olives

Method

  1. Cook Fish Fingers as per pack instructions
  2. Make olive paste by blending the olives, pine nuts and olive oil together
  3. Dice the cucumber, tomato and spring onion
  4. Slice the sour dough, spread with olive paste, layer salad on and top with Fish Fingers and feta cheese
