80g Rocket
200g Cherry Tomatoes
1 Teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Method
- Cook battered haddock fillets as per pack instructions
- Make mustard dressing by mixing together dijon mustard, lemon juice, olive oil and season to taste
- Drizzle dressing over salad and serve with haddock
- Enjoy.
