Rye Crisp Breads
Sprigs of Fresh Parsley,
- Using your hands, break up the crisp breads into crumbs (not too fine) into a bowl.
- Add the cheese, parsley and olive oil, season lightly and stir until combined.
- Sprinkle over your chosen meal and tuck in. Alternatively, bake in the oven for a few minutes until crisp and the cheese has melted.
