Our method
(For the goujons) Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas Mark 6.
- Place 3 chicken shop chicken goujons on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
Cook for 15 mins (as per pack instructions) until golden. Turn over halfway through cooking.
- (For the chips) Pre-heat the oven to 230°C, Fan 210°C, Gas Mark 8.
- Place chips evenly on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 20-25 mins (as per pack instructions), until lightly golden. Turn over halfway through cooking.
Spoon mayonnaise onto a white wrap, add the slaw and 3 cooked chicken goujons.
