This super-satisfying, Easter Bunny beef burger brings some fun to your Easter mealtimes.

Ingredients

Birds Eye Original burger
Birds Eye 4 Original beef burgers
1 
Large Potato (cut into chunky wedges)
1 
Sliced sweet gherkin
1 
Sliced Tomato
1 tsp 
Olive oil
1 tbsp 
Low fat mayonnaise
2 
Whole grain burger buns

Method

  1. Par boil your wedges for 8 minutes and drain, toss in the olive oil and place on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven to 200˚C/400˚F/gas 6 for 30 minutes.

  2. Cook your burgers as per pack instructions.

  3. Cut your whole grain roll, assemble your bunny, place lettuce on base of bun followed by tomato slice, mayonnaise and burger. Use cocktail sticks to place the potato wedges in for ears and sliced gherkin for eyes.
