Our method
Cook chicken as per pack instruction.
Cook rice as per the instructions.
Shred pepper, carrot and spring onion.
Make sesame dressing by using soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, chilli powder and sesame seeds. Mix well together.
Serve on a plate, drizzle rice with the dressing.
