Everyone likes a bit of crunchy coleslaw on the side, right?  It’s a great way to introduce more veg into your diet and achieve your 5 a day intake.

Our coleslaw recipe is a healthier take on the classic that will allow you to have a larger serving. The secret is to swap the mayonnaise with low fat yogurt – yes, it’s really as simple as that! For extra crunch and a bit of sweetness we also recommend adding some apple slices.

This coleslaw recipe is so tasty that it will quickly become a go-to side dish, especially when you’re enjoying our new Chicken Shop range.
