Red Wine Vinegar
- Slice red onions, gently fry in oil until opaque.
- Add cloves, sugar, red wine, red wine vinegar, sugar and pepper.
- Cook for 15minutes until thick and sticky.
- Cook beef burgers as per pack instructions.
- Grill bacon, toast bread roll, assemble burger and enjoy!
