If you’re having people over to stay and want to impress, or you just want to treat the family on a Sunday morning, this dish is a crowd pleaser.
This one contains a real mixed bag – or mixed beans. Our Mexican Bean Mix is perfect for enriching stews and chillis, but also provides a filling and nutrient-rich base for a tasty summer salad. Tossed in olive oil and fresh lime juice and mixed with goats cheese and red pepper, this is the summer way to enjoy beans and pulses.
This is the ultimate veggie burger recipe, and goes to show that vegetarian food can be just as delicious as meat dishes.
