Preparation

Tastiest when Microwaved Straight from the Freezer.

Pierce the film lid. On full power for:

800W, 7 1/2 mins
900W, 6 1/2 mins

Stir after removing from the microwave. Check food is piping hot, if not reheat for a brief period.

Stand for 2 minutes.
