Preparation
Tasty when pan cooked straight from the freezer.
DO NOT EAT RAW OR DEFROSTED. VEGGIE POWER REQUIRES COOKING IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR COOKING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE CONSUMPTION.
Medium/High Heat 10 Mins
Empty into a non-stick pan.
Cook on a high setting for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Then turn the heat down to medium.
Continue to cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
