Our veggie power seasoned butternut squash and quinoa is the perfect blend of tasty veggies. Combining butternut squash, yellow carrots, broccoli, peas, quinoa, green lentils, wild rice and ginger puree, which we have prepared & frozen for you, to lock in the goodness. Empty contents into a pan, straight from the freezer, to retain all the veggie goodness* and crunch.
Make it your own by combining with your favourite protein, for an easy but delicious meal.
*Protein contributes towards the maintenance of muscle mass.

 

Preparation

To Prepare...
Tasty when pan cooked straight from the freezer.
Do Not Eat Raw or Defrosted. Veggie Power Requires Cooking in Accordance with our Cooking Instructions Before Consumption.
Medium/High Heat 10 mins
Empty into a non-stick pan.
Cook on a high setting for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Then turn the heat down to medium.
Continue to cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Please Ensure Food is Cooked until Piping Hot.

- Do Not Refreeze After Defrosting.

Storage Instructions

Store in a freezer at -18°C or cooler.
