Tasty when pan cooked straight from the freezer.
Do Not Eat Raw or Defrosted. Veggie Power Requires Cooking in Accordance with our Cooking Instructions Before Consumption.
Medium/High Heat 10 mins
Empty into a non-stick pan.
Cook on a high setting for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Then turn the heat down to medium.
Continue to cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
