Birds Eye Inspiration whole Basa fillets, enrobed in our signature golden batter, delicately seasoned with salt and malt vinegar for a perfect balance of flavour. Try them with sweet potato wedges and crushed peas with mint, for a twist on the classic fish and chips.

Preparation

Tastiest when OVEN BAKED STRAIGHT FROM THE FREEZER.

230°C                25-28            Pre-heat oven

Fan 210°C          mins            Cook in the middle of the oven

Gas Mark 8                            on a baking tray, until crisp and golden.
